Marinated in garlic, dill and a little bit of heat these shrimp are seared and served with a fruit melange and a sweet vinaigrette. Assorted greens, tomato, cucumber, peppers, corrot and onion mixed with our homemade honey Dijon vinaigrette. |
Fresh catch of the day Atlantic lobster halved basted with garlic butter and grilled served with a Mornay sauce. Melt in your mouth cut of beef grilled to your liking, served with a maritime blueberry and port reduction sure to please. A generous portion of a supreme chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes served with a basil cream sauce.
